Human hair extensions are made from remy human hair and are generally more expensive than synthetic hair extensions. They can be styled and color-treated just like your own hair and blend in well for a natural look. However, human hair extensions are more susceptible to damage from heat and chemicals and may require more care than synthetic hair extensions.

Synthetic hair extensions are made from a variety of artificial fibers and are usually less expensive than human hair extensions. They are available in a wide range of styles, colors, and lengths, and can be a good option if you want to try a new look without damaging your own hair. However, synthetic hair extensions are not as durable as human hair extensions and may not last as long.

Just like your own hair, Natura Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Natura Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.

Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

Human hair can be coloured, but we do not recommend it. Any colouring of the hair extensions is done entirely at your own risk. Natura will not accept any liability for hair extensions that have been coloured or tinted.

The lifespan of any hair extensions depends on the aftercare and maintenance.

If you regularly use your clip in hair extensions and care for them well, they can last you anywhere between 6-8 months and sometimes even over a year. But again, like all hair extensions this depends on how well you take care of them.

Halo hair extensions usually last up to 4 to 6 months, depending on how well you treat them. This covers how you wash your hair, how often you style with heating tools and even using the right hair brush since these extensions are attached at the root of your natural hair. 

Natural wigs, when taken care of well can last upto a year whereas synthetic wigs last anywhere between 4-6 months. 

No, the Halo® hair extensions will not slip or fall out of your hair if applied correctly. The Halo® hair extension set comes with nylon wires pre-included in 7 different sizes so you can fit the weft perfectly to your head and ensure it is secured.

This is why we added the extra clips on either side of the weft for added security if needed. After you apply it, the weight of your hair laying on top will also help keep it in place. You can whip your hair back and forth without any worries of the extensions falling out! 

Yes, you can style them. Always remember to use a maximum temperature of 180 degrees on your clip ins and ponytail.

The hair extensions are attached to your natural hair and therefore pulling them can result in pulling out your own hair. Start brushing your hair from the bottom and then move slowly to the top. Always hold your hair extensions at the top firmly, before brushing to ensure you are not pulling too much on them.
